2015 * 3 Words


Achieve Starting out a brand new year it is time to set goals, and achieve old goals. There are so many New Year’s resolutions made that get misplaced or forgotten, some of the most common goals would include; losing weight, eating healthier or working out 3 times per week. Let’s make 2015 the year of finally achieving your goal.

Believe Whether you’re starting a new job, or entering your first year of post-secondary education don’t forget that there are people going through similar situations. I feel that so many people fail at their goals because they don’t believe in themselves. They don’t think they are strong enough, or smart enough, or just don’t have the skills to complete their goal. But if you really want something out of life you need to believe in yourself, that you have what it takes to reach your full potential.

Capture- Our lives can get so hectic that we forget to capture the special moments of our lives. Making sure that every day we are writing down, snapping a picture, or blogging where we are in our life, so we can look back and reflect on the progress we’ve made in our life. I catch myself thinking about my childhood, my high school crushes, mistakes I’ve made and differences I’ve made, and wish I would have captured that moment when it was fresh in my mind. I’m sure it would have given me a good laugh at some of the embarrassing things I’ve done. I want to start capturing the moments in my life so I can look back to see where I’m at now in my life.
